Who are you and what do you do?
I'm Chris Northwood, or laser. I'm a full time student, full time Animebots staff, and part time customer sales advisor at Argos.
In Animebots, I'll dabble where ever I fancy, however I tend to be more involved with the running of the server and the financial side of Animebots. In my spare time, I'm also coding WS3.1, a script which will eventually replace our current WallerScript on the bots.
How did you get involved with Animebots?
Well I started the damn thing
When I first started on Quakenet, L was a glimmer in devcom's eye, and Q wasn't widely available (although it was easier to get it than it is now). Eggdrop bots were vastly important in running a channel, especially a small one and I was using a bot from #farmbots (now deceased) at the time.
I thought, "Hmm, this is a good idea" and promptly stole the idea, running 'Windrop' bots off one of our admin's ADSL connections. It all took off from there.
